Responsibilities:
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific/clinical information for Encaleret.
- Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify opportunities for growth or concerns.
- Lead territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Comply with company policies and applicable state/federal rules and regulations.
- Partner cross-functionally (Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute a dynamic territory business plan by analyzing the ADH1 market; build and maintain relationships with targeted HCPs and multidisciplinary staff.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain high proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory environment.
- Collaborate to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan and organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Represent BridgeBio professionally and act with integrity.
- Ensure all activities follow compliance and Pharma guidelines.

Where youโll work:
- Field-based in Georgia (ideally based in Atlanta), covering the state of Georgia.
Qualifications:
- 8โ10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning, organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize/execute; influence without authority; excellent written/oral communication.
- Skilled using remote technology and AI for customer engagement and opportunity analysis.
- Adherence to high ethical standards; significant travel required.

Compensation:
- $155,000โ$210,000 USD (California salary range).
