Endocrine Account Manager - Cleveland, OH

Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated territory business plan and key customer targeting.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on Encaleret (scientific/clinical information) and lead customer discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales/targeting data to identify growth opportunities or risks.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop/nurture relationships with targeted HCPs and multidisciplinary staff; anticipate challenges and adjust priorities.
- Maintain strong selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and selling efficiency; act as a company ambassador.
- Ensure activities follow applicable regulations, compliance, and Pharma guidelines.

Qualifications:
- 8β10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience in competitive/new markets.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, decision-making, problem-solving; ability to prioritize/execute.
- Influence without authority; excellent written/oral communication.
- Strong skills using remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze opportunities.
- Large geographies and significant travel required.
