Responsibilities
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated territory business plan targeting key customers.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific/clinical information for Encaleret.
- Use approved materials for customer-centric, clinically relevant discussions.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify growth opportunities and areas of concern.
- Plan and execute territory business activities and key company initiatives.
- Follow company policies and applicable state/federal rules and regulations; maintain honesty, integrity, trust, respect, accountability.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with targeted HCPs and multi-disciplinary staff; analyze the ADH1 market to drive business.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain high proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Collaborate with peers to achieve corporate objectives; plan/organize schedule efficiently.
- Act as a company ambassador and represent BridgeBio/products with integrity.
- Ensure all activities follow regulations, compliance, and pharma guidelines.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred)
- 8–10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving.
- Prioritize and execute on plan; influence without authority.
- Excellent written/oral communication; strong skills using remote technology and AI.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.
- Significant travel required.
