What You’ll Do
The Endocrine Account Manager will execute product launches (Encaleret) for ADH1 (autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1), serving as a patient champion with urgency, a solutions mindset, and a passion to partner with ADH1 providers and patients.

Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate subject-matter expertise on Encaleret (scientific/clinical).
- Lead customer-centric, clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales/targeting data to identify growth opportunities and issues.
- Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Maintain compliant partnerships with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and cross-functional teams.
- Build/nurture HCP relationships; anticipate challenges and adjust priorities.
- Maintain strong selling, clinical, market/product, and territory knowledge; collaborate to meet corporate objectives.
- Plan/organize schedules for maximum efficiency; act as a company ambassador.
- Ensure activities follow applicable regulations, compliance, and pharma guidelines.

Qualifications/Skills
- 8–10 years pharma experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology required. Rare disease experience highly preferred.
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Track record launching products/indications in competitive/new markets.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, decision-making, problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and execute; influence without authority; excellent written/oral communication.
- Proficiency using remote technology and AI to engage customers/analyze opportunities.
- Adherence to high ethical standards; significant travel; field-based in Chicago, IL covering Illinois.
