What Youโ€™ll Do
Endocrine Account Manager (field-based, Chicago IL; covering Illinois). Execute the Encaleret (ADH1) product launch with sustained excellence by driving territory sales, building ADH1 provider/patient relationships, and ensuring compliant, patient-centric engagement.

Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals via an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate subject-matter expertise on Encaleret scientific/clinical information.
- Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales/targeting data to identify growth opportunities and issues.
- Plan and execute territory initiatives and company initiatives.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and cross-functional teams.
- Build/nurture HCP relationships; anticipate challenges and adjust priorities.
- Maintain proficiency in selling, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Represent BridgeBio with integrity; ensure all activities follow applicable regulations, compliance, and pharma guidelines.

Qualifications
- 8โ€“10 years pharma experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, analytics, business acumen, planning, decision-making, problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize, influence without authority, and communicate effectively.
- Strong remote tech and AI use skills; adherence to high ethical standards; large geography with significant travel.

Salary
- $155,000โ€“$210,000 USD (California range noted).
