What Youโll Do
The Endocrine Account Manager role is a high-impact position responsible for executing product launches for Encaleret (ADH1) and partnering with ADH1 providers and patients.
Responsibilities
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific and clinical information for Encaleret.
- Take a customer-centric approach and engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify opportunities or areas of concern.
- Lead territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
- Follow company policies and applicable state and federal rules and regulations; uphold honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build, nurture, and maintain professional relationships with targeted HCPs and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities as needed, and develop solutions.
- Maintain high proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Collaborate with peers to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan and organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Act as a BridgeBio ambassador with professional integrity.

Where Youโll Work
- Field-based position in the Carolinas (ideally Charlotte, Raleigh, or Greenville), covering NC and SC. Significant travel required.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 8โ10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology required; rare disease experience highly preferred.
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and execute; influence without authority.
- Excellent written/oral communication.
- Strong skills using remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze business opportunities.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.
