Responsibilities:
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific and clinical information for Encaleret.
- Take a customer-centric approach; engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify opportunities for growth or concerns.
- Execute territory business planning and key company initiatives.
- Follow company guidelines and applicable state and federal rules and regulations.
- Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement a dynamic territory business plan by analyzing the ADH1 market; build and maintain relationships with HCPs and multi-disciplinary staff.
- Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Collaborate to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan and organize schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Serve as a BridgeBio ambassador; represent the company and products with integrity.
- Ensure all activities follow compliance and Pharma guidelines.

Where You’ll Work:
- Field-based; Boston area, ideally based in New Haven, CT or Boston, MA covering CT, RI, and MA.
Qualifications:
- 8–10 years pharmaceutical industry experience; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, decision-making, problem-solving, and ability to prioritize and execute.
- Ability to influence without authority; excellent written and oral communication.
- Proficient with remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze opportunities.
- Adherence to high ethical standards; significant travel required.
