What You’ll Do
- Execute product launches for Encaleret (for ADH1) with sustained excellence; partner with ADH1 providers and patients.

Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on scientific/clinical information for Encaleret.
- Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales/targeting data to identify growth opportunities and concerns.
- Plan and execute territory business and key company initiatives.
- Collaborate compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with targeted HCPs (physicians, medical staff, and multi-disciplinary teams).
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain strong selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business proficiency.
- Plan/organize schedule for maximum efficiency; represent BridgeBio with integrity.
- Ensure activities follow applicable regulations, compliance, and Pharma guidelines.

Qualifications
- 8–10 years pharmaceutical industry experience and 4+ years Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease experience highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to influence without authority; excellent written/oral communication.
- Proficient with remote technology and AI.
- Large geography; significant travel required.
