What You’ll Do
- The Endocrine Account Manager role is responsible for executing product launch and territory growth for Encaleret (ADH1, autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1), partnering with ADH1 providers and patients with urgency and a solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated territory business plan.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on Encaleret’s scientific and clinical information.
- Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
- Analyze sales and targeting data to identify growth opportunities and concerns.
- Execute territory business planning and key company initiatives.
- Follow company policies/procedures and applicable state/federal rules and regulations; uphold integrity, trust, respect, and accountability.
- Coordinate compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with targeted HCPs and multidisciplinary staff.
- Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions.
- Maintain proficiency in selling skills, clinical/market/product knowledge, and territory business environment.
- Collaborate with peers to achieve corporate objectives.
- Plan/organize schedule to maximize efficiency.
- Represent BridgeBio, products, and people professionally.

Where You’ll Work
- Field-based in Birmingham, Alabama (ideally based there), covering Mississippi, Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle.

Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 8–10 years in the pharmaceutical industry; 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology (rare disease highly preferred).
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize/execute; accountability; influence without authority.
- Excellent written/oral communication.
- Strong skills using remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze opportunities.
- Adherence to high ethical standards; significant travel required.

Financial & Rewards (anticipated)
- Salary range: $155,000–$210,000 USD (California mentioned).
