ENDO/IG Access Care Manager - West

Role: Field-based Access Care Manager within Pfizer Specialty Care, focusing on patient access, reimbursement strategies, and account-level planning. Responsibilities: serve as the primary contact for consented patients, addressing coverage, affordability, and logistical barriers; act as an SME on reimbursement, payer policies, and coverage pathways; deliver compliant education to healthcare providers; develop and execute strategies to improve patient access and reduce therapy initiation delays; engage with payers to resolve access challenges; provide market insights and support cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Patient Solutions. Requirements: 8+ years in pharma or related sectors, with at least 1 year supporting access and reimbursement; strong understanding of specialty pharma, reimbursement systems, and payer policies, ideally in endocrinology or immunoglobulin areas; excellent communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder collaboration skills; valid US driver’s license, willingness to travel (approx. 30%), and residence within the specified territory (CO, AK, HI, CA, WA, OR, NV, ID, MT).
