ENDO/IG Access Care Manager - West

Role: Field-based Access Care Manager within Pfizer Specialty Care, responsible for leading patient access initiatives, reimbursement support, and account strategy to facilitate therapy initiation and continuation. Responsibilities: serve as primary patient contact throughout the treatment journey, assess and address coverage and logistical barriers, provide reimbursement expertise, deliver education on payer processes, develop access strategies, engage with payers, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and patient support teams. Requirements: over 8 years in pharmaceutical or related customer-facing roles, with at least 1 year in access and reimbursement, and 3-5 years in specialty pharma, ideally in endocrinology or immunoglobulin therapies. Strong knowledge of reimbursement systems, payer policies, and government payment programs is essential. Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills are required.
