Description Overview
As Employee Lifecycle specialist, you will provide end-to-end support to employees and managers on sensitive and complex employee lifecycle cases and serve as a subject matter expert on HR processes and programs, including HR technology system and process improvement.

Scope of the Role
- Manage resolution of Tier 2 (complex) inquiries and support requests from employees, managers, and HR colleagues
- Escalation point for Tier 1 coordinators; engage specialist/expert teams and escalate to Regional HR, HRBPs, or COEs when justified
- Partner with COEs and HRBPs on upcoming strategy, policy, and program changes
- Support/lead process optimization and project management for processes moving to the ELC team
- Participate in subject matter expert groups
- Support HR systems implementations/enhancements, coordinating process change management
- Monitor immigration compliance across assigned countries; flag renewals/potential issues and escalate
- Advise Tier 1 ELC coordinators on HR processes, improvements, and best practices
- Keep Tier 0 (self-service) guidance up to date, relevant, and accessible
- Maintain excellent customer service and respectful employee/manager experiences
- Monitor KPIs/SLAs and resolve issues in line with governance/escalation processes
- Maintain stakeholder relationships; translate trends into action plans; collaborate across People Solutions teams

Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Lead/contribute to employee lifecycle and continuous improvement projects
- Support training for end-users and key stakeholders
- Improve ways of working; streamline/simplify and remove/automate low-value tasks

Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (highly preferred)
- 2+ years HR services delivery experience
- Experience with standard operating processes and procedures
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage cases, multiple workloads, and complex multi-step processes
- Experience in multinational/multilingual/culturally diverse environments (local/remote)
- Strong case management knowledge and systems
- Project management experience
