Role: Employee Communications Director responsible for developing and executing global internal communications strategies to engage and inform approximately 18,000 employees. Responsibilities: lead a team of three, craft compelling storytelling aligned with corporate voice, manage multi-channel content dissemination, coordinate with global teams, and measure campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to support business priorities, culture, and transformation initiatives. Requirements: 7-10+ years in internal or employee communications, proven strategy development, exceptional writing/editing skills, and experience managing teams. Preferred: degree in communications or related field, proficiency with Office 365, SharePoint, and intranet content management. High-Value: focus on authentic, transparent messaging within a corporate culture, no travel, on-site presence at Santa Clara headquarters three days a week, and leadership in a large-scale, global communication environment.
