Employee Communications Director

Role: Lead global employee communications strategy and execution for Agilent, focusing on engaging, informing, and inspiring a worldwide workforce of 18,000. Responsibilities: oversee a team of three, develop compelling storytelling aligned with business priorities, manage multi-channel content delivery, coordinate with marketing and other teams, and measure campaign effectiveness. Requirements: 7-10+ years in internal communications, degree in communications or related field preferred, exceptional writing/editing skills, experience managing large-scale programs, and proficiency with Office 365 and SharePoint.
