Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to scouting, framing, and early validation of new capabilities aligned with Translate, Answer, Generate, and Consult.
- Analyze feasibility, value, and scalability of MVPs and pilots with Capability Leads, Digital Product Owners, and SMEs.
- Apply Strategyzer and Lean Startup to advance initiatives through the innovation funnel (Explore β Validate β Scale).
- Support capability transitions into core teams or partners by coordinating readiness, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Track indicators (e.g., maturity level, user adoption, resource fit) to determine timing/path for capability handovers.
- Define transition plans balancing speed, sustainability, and strategic fit.
- Connect Engagement & Innovation, Capability Owners, and Digital/IT teams for seamless handoffs.
- Capture lessons learned and value stories to inform future investments.
- Contribute to dashboards, funnel tracking, and communication materials.
Education
- Bachelorβs degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Business, or related field (required).
Experience
- 8+ years in Regulatory Affairs, Digital Innovation, and/or R&D Transformation; strongly preferred in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate organizational complexity.
- Experience turning ideas into value drivers/business cases.
Technical Skills (required/preferred)
- Present to VPs+; storytelling to drive business decisions (required).
- Exposure to product development/digital solution validation/AI-automation in regulated settings (preferred).
- Experience supporting cross-functional pilots/MVPs/business-led digital initiatives (preferred/highly valued).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, or digital product validation in regulated environments (strong plus).
Soft Skills
- Innovation literacy (design thinking, lean experimentation).
- Strategic thinking; ease with ambiguity.
- Project/transition support; financial acumen (NPV/ROI).
- Collaboration and communication to non-technical audiences.
