Position Summary
- Manage end-to-end operational workflows and case execution for client precision medicine programs, ensuring reliable execution, workflow efficiency, and a high-quality provider/patient experience from order initiation through report delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of assigned cases: accuracy, completeness, timely progression.
- Review/verify test orders and documentation; resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with providers, clinic staff, pathology teams, and internal teams.
- Monitor case status; implement corrective actions.
- Resolve issues impacting case quality, turnaround time, and provider experience.
- Maintain product/service/platform knowledge.
- Submit required reports/documentation accurately and on time.
- Serve as primary operational partner/point of contact for providers.
- Guide ordering processes, EMR workflows, and documentation.
- Provide education (products/tools/applications, patient selection, testing indications).
- Support training/onboarding of staff; assist providers with ordering/report understanding within scope.
- Reinforce standardized workflows and best practices; drive improvements in turnaround time, documentation completeness, and case quality.
- Coordinate documentation management and report distribution; support billing inquiries via internal coordination.
- Track case activity/operational metrics; document activity in CRM/internal systems.
- Ensure audit-ready documentation; identify/escalate risks; participate in training/improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years healthcare/diagnostics experience
- 3+ years provider- or customer-facing experience
- Strong real-time problem-solving/decision-making
- Understanding of clinic-based workflows
- Ability to learn proprietary systems/platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine experience
- Physician support experience
- End-to-end case workflow experience
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Compliance/regulatory knowledge
- EMR/clinical systems familiarity
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- PHI access required
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent cases accurately
- Ability to sit/stand extended periods
- Periodic travel (possible evenings/weekends/holidays)
Physical Demands
- Sit/stand for long periods; repetitive motion; lift up to 25 pounds
Compensation
- Annual hiring range: $70,000–$90,000
Training/Other
- Job-specific, safety, and compliance training assigned; periodic travel for training purposes.
