Position Summary
- Manage end-to-end operational workflows and case execution for client precision medicine programs, ensuring accurate, timely order-to-report delivery and a high-quality provider/patient experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Own assigned case lifecycle: accuracy, completeness, and timely progression.
- Review/verify test orders and documentation; resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with providers, clinic staff, pathology teams, and internal teams.
- Monitor case status; implement corrective actions.
- Resolve issues affecting case quality, turnaround time, or provider experience.
- Maintain knowledge of products/services/platforms.
- Submit required reports/documentation accurately and on time.
- Serve as primary operational partner/point of contact for providers.
- Guide ordering processes, EMR workflows, and documentation; provide education on products/tools and testing indications.
- Support onboarding/training; assist providers within approved scope.
- Reinforce standardized workflows/best practices; coordinate documentation management and report distribution.
- Support billing inquiries (internal coordination).
- Track case activity/operational metrics; coordinate all workflow touchpoints.
- Follow policies/SOPs/regulations; maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Identify/escalate risks; participate in training/improvement initiatives.
- Document case activity/stakeholder interactions in CRM/internal systems.
- Additional (as aligned): support consent/documentation, special cases, meetings, and accountability for tools/systems/equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years healthcare/diagnostics; 3+ years provider- or customer-facing experience.
- Real-time problem-solving/decision-making; clinic workflow understanding.
- Ability to learn proprietary systems/platforms; manage complex workflows.
- Valid driverβs license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine; physician support.
- End-to-end case workflow experience; cross-functional collaboration.
- Compliance/regulatory knowledge; EMR/clinical systems familiarity.
- Strong analytical/communication skills; clinical/office environment.
- PHI access required; manage multiple concurrent cases with high accuracy.
- Sit/stand for extended periods; periodic travel (may include evenings/weekends/holidays).

Training/Other
- Job-specific safety/compliance training assigned based on role functions; periodic travel for training.
Annual Hiring Range
- $70,000β$90,000.
