Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering; relevant experience in product development, testing, and process improvement; strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred skills include familiarity with risk management, Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), design verification, validation, and data analysis, supported by experience in research, testing, or manufacturing environments, including internships or co-ops.
