Role: Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Program Manager focusing on regulated hazardous waste management within a biopharma setting. Responsibilities: oversee waste characterization, manifest review, regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal laws, prepare reports, manage licensing and permitting, support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, conduct audits, and collaborate with internal teams and regulatory agencies. Additionally, lead incident investigations, hazard assessments, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety and environmental performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field with at least 4 years' relevant experience (or Master's with 2+ years). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of environmental regulations, compliance programs, ISO standards, and strong organizational skills are required. Preferred: experience in a biopharma or laboratory environment, familiarity with GxP standards and environmental management systems.
