Key Responsibilities
- Promote approved indications of BMS products in a defined territory to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly.
- Create demand by communicating balanced clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients.
- Maintain/grow scientific expertise; prepare and execute territory/account plans.
- Use CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and inform call plans; provide feedback to leadership.
- Conduct fair and balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; ensure medical accuracy.
- Deliver in-office presentations and maintain label-consistent discussions.
- Organize external speaker programs (selecting approved speakers; scheduling/logistics).
- Engage real-time medical support via Medical on Call for unsolicited questions/technical inquiries.
- Proactively collaborate with other field teams; share internal insights; comply with applicable laws/regulations/policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
- Ability to accurately communicate scientific/clinical data.
- Demonstrated credibility-building with key customers and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven account management and sales performance meeting/exceeding goals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with positive, can-do mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology experience.
