ED, Workforce & User Experience

Role: Executive Director, Workforce & User Experience, leading future-work design and associate experience transformation at Novartis. Responsibilities: define and scale enterprise design methodologies, oversee end-to-end experience design across workflows, services, and technology; ensure responsible AI, governance, and accessibility; conduct research, service blueprinting, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability validation; translate design concepts into workforce and organizational impacts; partner cross-functionally to align workforce strategies; establish design governance and quality standards; mentor design teams and external partners; develop scalable design assets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 12+ years in service, experience, or enterprise transformation design roles; proven experience leading complex workflow and experience redesign including research, journey mapping, and prototyping; ability to integrate human, data, technology, and AI interaction perspectives; team leadership and stakeholder influence skills; executive communication.
