Role Summary
eBuy Project Manager role based in Cambridge, MA. The eBuy Project Management team are P2P experts delivering customer support for the full purchase-to-pay process at Sanofi, supporting the Specialty Care Commercial teams. The role provides comprehensive support for the purchase-to-pay process within a defined Sanofi Genzyme Therapeutic Area, facilitating cross-functional preparation and processing of non-catalog purchasing activity, monitoring requisitions through approval, and owning issue resolution while serving as liaison with the eBuy Project Management Team. The position supports project lifecycle activities including schedule and budget management, cost tracking, status reporting, meeting coordination, and risk monitoring. Working under the direction of the lead eBuy Project Manager, this individual plans and manages small, well-defined projects that enhance the purchase-to-pay ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Facilitating Purchase to Pay activities on behalf of the business
- Coordinating and facilitate team meetings/ stakeholder meetings / external vendor meetings
- Providing regular communication to help guarantee high level of service for timely and accurate deliveries of product(s) and services
- Escalating issues appropriately and promptly to ensure optimum customer satisfaction
- Be an active participant in process improvement initiatives
- Maintaining the overall P2P documentation library ensuring that all documentation is established, maintained and retained as necessary in project databases
Qualifications
- Required: 3+ years of project management experience or related fields
- Required: Strong analytical skills with focus on overall process and support services for customers and the organization
- Required: Excellent communication abilities with proven success in cross-functional teams
- Required: Superior documentation skills with high attention to accuracy and detail
- Required: Adaptability and responsiveness to changing business requirements
- Required: Effective priority setting to meet workload commitments and departmental goals
- Required: Critical thinking capabilities for customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Required: Previous experience with Purchase to Pay (Coupa experience a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Excel, Access, or database management skills
- Certificate or training in Project Management
- Capacity to work transversally across functions and business units
- Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision
