Responsibilities:
- Drive sales results for the Solid Tumor franchise in a rare/competitive oncology market.
- Manage 5 Regional Directors (RDs); execute and implement all sales strategies and performance.
- Maintain deep understanding of the oncology market landscape (ALK+NSCLC, mCRC) and stay current on industry trends.
- Partner with Marketing, Patient Value & Access (PVA), Strategic Account Managers, Medical Affairs, and other sales franchises.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize growth.
- Supervise, train, and motivate RDs and Oncology Territory Managers.
- Represent sales at cross-functional Lung Integrated Brand Team meetings.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) focusing on people, performance, execution, and growth opportunities in priority accounts.
- Identify corporate strategic needs and influence programs to meet changing sales/customer needs.
- Comply with applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
- Partner with Head of Sales on sales plans, educational needs, and corporate sales activities.
- Recruit, retain, develop, and performance-manage a high-performance sales team.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (Masterโ€™s preferred)
- 10+ years pharmaceutical industry experience
- 5+ years oncology sales management (front line and second line leadership preferred)
- Strong sales leadership track record (planning, targeting/segmentation, execution, performance management)
- Knowledge of healthcare laws/regulations; strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent oncology business acumen; ability to assimilate complex oncology/competitive info
- High science aptitude; growth mindset; influential/entrepreneurial
- Valid US Driverโ€™s License in good standing

Travel Requirements:
- ~25โ€“30% travel (some evenings/weekends)
