Summary:
- The Early Intervention Account Manager (EIAM) positions and sells Zilretta solutions to Orthopedic, Sports Medicine, and Primary Care offices. Collaborates with the Regional Business Director to develop business plans to exceed territory sales revenues and meet/exceed Zilretta sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify target markets and exceed corporate revenue objectives in a specified geography.
- Collaborate with surgeons, sports medicine physicians, primary care providers, and pharmacy to drive knee pain adoption of Zilretta.
- Educate reimbursement strategies in alignment with compliance.
- Recruit customers to incorporate Surgeon Selector into their practice.
- Use CRM for account planning, forecasting, and data analysis; update/document sales information.
- Develop and maintain Zilretta product expertise; manage account conversion process.
- Develop/execute sales and retention strategies and C-Suite value proposition to ensure long-term access.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to close business and minimize obstacles.
- Manage territory via office visits; provide education on services and advances.
- Manage expense budgets; interpret and present clinical data to healthcare professionals.
- Partner with EXPAREL Account Managers for synergistic opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (required).
- Minimum 3 years direct selling to healthcare professional offices (pharma/biotech/device/health care) (required).
Required/Preferred Skills:
- Excellent written/oral English and strong presentation skills.
- Account-based sales experience supporting orthopedic practices (strongly preferred).
- Reimbursement/specialty pharmacy/buy-and-bill knowledge (strongly preferred).
- Orthopedic or related experience (e.g., hyaluronic acid/HA) (strongly preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical skills; decision-maker identification.
- Proven ability engaging clinical customers; existing network (highly desirable).
- Proficiency with MS Office, mobile tech, and web apps; CRM competency.
- Ability to complete hospital credentialing; extensive travel; valid driverβs license.
- Must live in designated territory; up to 90% travel (overnight and local).

Pay:
- Base range: $80,000β$105,000 per year (incentives/bonuses may apply).
