Objectives include exceeding sales targets through strategic account management and educational efforts. Responsibilities encompass identifying target markets, building relationships with healthcare providers, educating on reimbursement strategies, executing sales strategies, and managing CRM for forecasting and data analysis. The role involves face-to-face interactions with physicians, practice staff, and healthcare professionals, including presentations and clinical data discussions. The EIAM also collaborates with regional leadership and partners with related product teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; minimum of 3 years of direct healthcare sales experience, preferably in orthopedic or related medical practices. Demonstrated skills in account-based selling, practice dynamics, reimbursement, and territory management are essential. Strong communication, interpersonal, and technical proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools) are required. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%), including overnight stays, is necessary.
