Main Responsibilities:
- Own End-to-End Supply Chain planning and execution for rare disease products across a 0–3 year horizon, covering both IBP and S&OE.
- Ensure markets’ demand is met with available supply; perform product balancing and gap remediation across 0–3 months (S&OE) and 4–36 months (IBP).
- Perform net demand propagation, validation, and product deployment planning in Kinaxis.
- Create and maintain product master data and planning parameters in Kinaxis; ensure alignment with End-to-End Product Leader strategy/segmentation.
- Be sole accountable for master data values entered in workflows per site Master Data governance; document calculations/logic for owned values.
- Support Master Data CI loop with Master Data Stewards, Data & Process Manager, and SC Centers of Excellence; adhere to playbook meeting governance for MD revisions.
- Ensure owned master data complies with M&S Master Data Playbook business rules and is reviewed when triggers occur.
- Contribute to IBP (monthly) and S&OE (weekly) decision loops with stakeholders (Markets Supply Chain, Global Supply Planning, Global Logistics, Franchise, Regulatory, Finance).
- Support product-driven strategic and budget planning; provide data-driven insights and incorporate strategic changes into planning systems.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in Supply Chain Planning (demand planning, supply chain management, inventory), E2E supply chain planning, or related.
- Strong Supply Chain Planning background (preferably pharma) with experience building plans and aligning stakeholders.
- Proficiency with advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP, dVSM, Plai).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing quality systems and regulatory submission process.
- Experience in matrix environments across cross-functional, multi-global locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, logistics, or related.
- Advanced understanding/experience with IBP and S&OE processes.
- APICS certification (asset).
- Experience with financials and budgeting.
Skills (Soft Skills):
- Interpersonal collaboration across sites; ability to build scenarios and optimize outcomes.
- Change agent mindset; best-practice implementation and system adoption.
- Proactive, analytical, data-driven problem solving; transverse working ability.
