Operations
Main Responsibilities
- End-to-End Supply Chain Planning & Execution: Balance demand and supply and remediate gaps across 0β3 months (S&OE) and 4β36 months.
- IBP: Net demand propagation, validation, and product deployment plans in Kinaxis.
- Master Data & Planning Parameters: Create and maintain product master data and planning parameters in Kinaxis, aligned to End-to-End Product Leader strategy/segmentation.
- Own and enter master data values per site Master Data governance; document calculation/logic for owned values.
- Participate in Master Data CI loop with Master Data Stewards, Data & Process Manager (sites), and SC Centers of Excellence.
- Follow master data playbook governance to revise MD values and ensure compliance with M&S Master Data Playbook business rules.
- Run IBP (monthly) and S&OE (weekly) cycles; collaborate with Markets Supply Chain, Global Supply Planning, Global Logistics, Franchise, Regulatory, Finance, etc.
- Product strategy support: assist with strategic and budget planning; provide data-driven insights and incorporate strategic changes into planning systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree with 4+ yearsβ experience in Supply Chain Planning (demand planning, supply chain management, inventory), E2E supply chain planning, or related fields.
- Strong supply chain planning background (preferably pharma) with demonstrated stakeholder alignment and decision-making.
- Proficient with advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP, dVSM, Plai).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing quality systems and regulatory submissions.
- Experience working in matrix environments with cross-functional, multi-global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or related.
- Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE).
- APICS certification (asset).
- Experience working with financials and budgeting.
Skills
- Interpersonal collaboration across sites/functions; scenario building.
- Change agent (best-practice implementation and system adoption/evolution).
- Proactive; analytical with ability to build mitigations and recommendations.
Language
- Fluent in English.
