Role: Dyne Care Partner (DCP) β field-based Patient Access and Education team member (non-promotional).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Patient & Caregiver Support: Serve as primary point of contact; provide individualized education on disease state/therapy expectations; proactive outreach to identify support needs; coordinate support services/resources; build trusted relationships; educate on proper product storage, handling, and administration.
- Reimbursement & Access Support: Educate on reimbursement processes; support prior authorizations, appeals, denials, reauthorizations, and site-of-care requirements; identify reimbursement/access challenges and escalate appropriately; support continuity of care during insurance changes, site transitions, and reauthorization.
- Healthcare Provider & Infusion Center Engagement: Build/manage relationships with providers/office staff/infusion partners; educate on patient support and reimbursement resources; support infusion center readiness (handling/storage/prep/administration requirements); serve as reimbursement/access resource in assigned geography.
- Collaboration & Compliance: Partner with HUB services, specialty pharmacies, infusion providers, and internal stakeholders; maintain accurate/timely documentation; ensure compliance with regulatory/privacy/company requirements; identify and appropriately report adverse events, product complaints, and privacy incidents.
Education & Skills Requirements:
- Bachelorβs in nursing, social work, or related field (preferred); RN/Social Worker or equivalent experience (preferred).
- 8+ years healthcare/related experience, including 5+ years directly relevant in patient services, reimbursement, case management, field education, specialty pharmacy, or care coordination.
- Preferred: specialty/rare disease/infused or provider-administered therapy experience.
- Working knowledge of payer coverage, reimbursement pathways, and access processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving; ability to work independently; adaptability.
- Travel up to 50β80%; flexibility outside standard hours; respond to time-sensitive patient needs with accountability and sound judgment; patient-first mindset.
Compensation (MA Pay Range): $190,000β$225,000 USD.
