The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, documents interactions accurately, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support therapy initiation and continuity. Qualifications: Bachelor's in nursing, social work, or related healthcare; 8+ years in healthcare, with 5+ years in patient services, reimbursement, or care coordination; experience with specialty or infused therapies preferred. Skills: Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities; independent work capacity in a field setting; flexibility to travel 50β80%, including outside regular hours. High-value: Support for biologic or infused therapies in neuromuscular disorders, with a focus on therapy access, reimbursement pathways, and patient-centric care. Work setup: Field-based role requiring extensive regional travel within assigned territory.
