Role: Field-based Patient Access and Education Partner supporting neuromuscular disease therapies, focusing on DMD and DM1. Responsibilities: serve as primary contact for patients/caregivers, providing disease, therapy, and support education; facilitate reimbursement, prior authorizations, and access solutions; build relationships with healthcare providers and infusion centers; coordinate support services, ensure compliance, and document activities. Requirements: Bachelor's in nursing, social work, or related healthcare field preferred; 8+ years in healthcare, with 5+ years in patient services, reimbursement, or care coordination; experience with specialty, rare, or infused therapies advantageous.
