Role Summary
The Dyne Care Partner (DCP) is a field-based member of the Patient Access and Education team who supports patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and infusion centers throughout the treatment journey. Provides education, reimbursement support, and care coordination to help patients initiate and maintain therapy.

Primary Responsibilities
- Patient & Caregiver Support: Serve as primary point of contact; provide individualized education; conduct proactive outreach; coordinate support services/resources; build trusted relationships; educate on proper storage, handling, and administration.
- Reimbursement & Access Support: Educate on reimbursement processes; support prior authorizations, appeals, denials, reauthorizations, and site-of-care requirements; identify challenges and escalate through approved channels; support continuity during insurance changes and site-of-care transitions.
- Healthcare Provider & Infusion Center Engagement: Build relationships with providers/staff/infusion partners; educate on support services and reimbursement; support infusion center readiness (handling, storage, preparation, administration); serve as reimbursement/access resource in assigned geography.
- Collaboration & Compliance: Partner with HUB services, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers; maintain accurate documentation; ensure compliance with regulatory/privacy/company requirements; identify and report adverse events, product complaints, and privacy incidents.

Education & Skills Requirements
- Bachelor’s in nursing, social work, or related field (preferred); RN/social worker/equivalent experience (preferred).
- 8+ years healthcare/related experience, incl. 5+ years in patient services/reimbursement/case management/field education/specialty pharmacy/care coordination (directly relevant).
- Preferred: specialty/rare disease/infused or provider-administered therapy experience.
- Working knowledge of payer coverage, reimbursement, and access processes (prior auths, appeals, denials).
- Relationship-building, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently; responsive/adaptable in dynamic environment.
- Travel up to 50–80% within assigned geography; flexibility outside standard business hours.

MA Pay Range
$190,000 - $225,000 USD
