Role: Duchenne Nurse Educator (DNE), supporting healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers with education on Sarepta's approved therapies for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). Responsibilities: deliver disease and therapy education, support infusion processes, develop relationships with HCPs and families, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure ongoing patient support and therapy compliance. Engage in disease state awareness programs, assist with home infusion transitions, and participate in advocacy and industry events. Additionally, provide nurse triage support during rotating 24-hour on-call shifts, evaluating patient safety and liaising with physicians. Qualifications: RN with a bachelorβs degree; minimum 5 years relevant experience, ideally in infusion, neuromuscular, or pediatric neurology fields; 2+ years in biopharma preferred. Skills include strong communication, presentation, empathy, team collaboration, and comfort with virtual/in-person engagement. High-value specifics: focus on DMD, gene therapy, patient education, and clinical support; travel up to 60%, hybrid work setup, and on-call requirements.
