Role Summary

As DTC Marketing Manager, Respiratory, you will lead key projects for an inhaled respiratory growth brand and an innovative launch product in refractory chronic cough. The role focuses on campaign design, execution, measurement, and optimization, aligning the marketing plan with business unit objectives. It requires leadership in omnichannel orchestration, life-cycle management, launch planning, and driving performance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and enable omnichannel experiences tailored to customer segments.
  • Lead development of assigned DTC promotional tactics (e.g., Social, Video, Digital, website) including project briefs to ensure materials deliver on brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Define and facilitate development of campaign strategy and related activities to ensure alignment with brand imperatives.
  • Partner with insights and omnichannel analytics teams to analyze and optimize performance of marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with functional areas and lead reviews to ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of all marketing materials.
  • Contribute to annual operational planning by shaping the tactical plan and budget to achieve brand objectives.
  • Manage partner agency relationships, workflow, and related expense budget.
  • Assess marketplace and customer needs and formulate recommendations for future marketing activities that deliver high ROI/value/impact.
  • Leverage and develop Marketing Competencies, including problem statement formation and analysis, OKRs, messaging/content strategy, campaign reporting and visualization, and brief development.
  • Foster an environment of innovation, inclusion, challenge, trust, and development.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelorโ€™s degree.
  • Required: 3+ years of pharmaceutical business experience.
  • Required: DTC Marketing or other relevant commercial experience including HCP, Digital or Multi-channel marketing.
  • Required: Minimum of 2 days per week in office in Philadelphia, PA or Durham, NC.
  • Preferred: Masterโ€™s Degree (MBA).
  • Preferred: Prior marketing launch experience.
  • Preferred: Core marketing experience including strategy development and execution.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of the healthcare system, market environment, customer care, and competitors.
  • Preferred: Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills for a wide variety of audiences.
  • Preferred: Strong relationship building, problem solving, teamwork, analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred: Experience influencing without direct authority and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred: Experience bringing promotional materials through legal, regulatory and medical review.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team.
