Drug Production, Associate Manufacturing Specialist

What You'll Do:
- Cover all facets of drug production in a clean room, including cell culture and purification of monoclonal antibodies
- Complete and review batch records and logbooks in accordance with cGMP and SOPs
- Perform in-process sampling and analysis of buffer solutions, cell culture, and drug substance
- Operate automated equipment such as bioreactors, chromatography columns, and filtration skids
- Support equipment start-up, troubleshooting, and validation
- Partner with R&D to implement new drug manufacturing processes and technologies
- Work in a fast-paced environment; adjust priorities as business/patient needs change
- Remain highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
- Work effectively in small and large teams while adhering to a schedule
- Maintain compliance in a highly regulated environment and continuously improve processes
- Learn and use computerized systems for daily tasks
- Communicate effectively and give/receive feedback constructively
Qualifications:
- HS diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience (required), or AS/BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field
- Level determined based on experience
