      Role Summary
Donor Center Technician responsible for pre-donation medical screening, donor eligibility assessment, and setup in a plasma center. This role focuses on accurate screening, donor confidentiality, and responsive service to donors in a dynamic environment. Requires a high school diploma or GED, flexible scheduling, and any required state licensures or certifications. Location: Newark, OH.
Responsibilities
- Conducts pre-donation medical screening.
- Interaction and responsiveness to customer needs.
- Assesses donor suitability and engages in set-up.
- Provides appropriate feedback to ineligible donor candidates.
- Ensures all donor screening information is complete.
- Ensures donor confidentiality.

Additional Requirements
- Work is performed in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids and the need for personal protective equipment.

- Frequent hand movement and fine motor tasks; light lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Hearing and vision requirements; ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
