Division Manager, Pharmaceutical & Dry Eye - Pittsburgh

Role: Manager I, Ocular Health Pharma Field Sales, leading remote, high-performing sales teams focused on Dry Eye and Glaucoma in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Buffalo, NY, and Columbus, OH. Objectives: drive sales, build relationships with eye care professionals, and ensure compliance within ophthalmic markets. Responsibilities: develop and execute sales strategies, lead team training and development, monitor performance metrics, foster key account relationships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to support promotional activities. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in ophthalmic or pharmaceutical sales, fluency in English, and experience managing ophthalmic portfolios. Preferred: residence within the specified markets, prior product launch experience, relationships with KOLs, and additional functional experience in sales training, marketing, or managed care.
