About the Role
The GSK US Respiratory & Anti-Infectives Sales Professional is responsible for engaging physicians and allied health professionals across independent practices, physician groups, and hospital systems to drive appropriate prescribing of GSK products, including influencing prescribing decisions versus competitive therapies through compliant, face-to-face interactions aligned to approved indications and prescribing information.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing district sales team to meet business objectives.
- Create and execute the district business plan aligned to regional and national priorities.
- Monitor team performance; provide regular feedback and development plans.
- Recruit and onboard sales representatives for optimal customer coverage.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support customer engagement, training, and events.
- Manage district budgets and resources to drive efficient, measurable results.

Basic Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (BA/BS).
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare management experience (e.g., pharma/biotech/medical device).
- Proven experience leading sales teams (hiring and performance management).
- Valid driverโ€™s license; ability to travel within the district, including overnight travel as needed.
- Experience developing/executing district or territory business plans to achieve sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of district manager (or equivalent) field leadership experience.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Experience leading teams through change; improving performance.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data.
- Matrix organization experience and cross-functional partnering.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree.
- Proven track record of developing talent and promoting from within.

Work Model
Hybrid; field time with team/customers plus office time for planning and collaboration. Travel within district required.
