District Manager, Women's Health – Southeast

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Southeast district (Alabama, Georgia, Florida).
- Develop and execute district sales strategy to meet/exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives.
- Build and maintain customer relationships with key executives and decision makers; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage and update contract information.
- Provide timely feedback to sales reps; identify performance gaps early and create action plans; partner with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
- Analyze team and territory performance; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical execution, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain top talent; coach/counsel direct reports to maximize performance and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures for self and sales reps; maintain high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and district; share best practices; serve as liaison with home office and district to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Manage organizational change using appropriate tools.
- Create a high-performing, accountable team environment; balance long-term strategy with immediate results.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets; cascade Regional Director direction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales management experience (combination of experience/education considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Preferred: District Manager experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales; medical devices or other healthcare product sales.
- Travel 60–70% (overnight included).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record; ability to drive a Company leased vehicle or authorized rental.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $148,000–$222,000.
