Key Responsibilities:
- The Southeast district includes key markets in Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet or exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales/marketing direction and implement the district sales strategy.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with key executives and decision makers; respond timely; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage and purchasing patterns; update contract information.
- Provide regular feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges and create plans to address gaps; partner with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to termination.
- Analyze team and territory performance; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain talent; coach direct reports; counsel and support professional development.
- Conduct Company business in compliance with Company policies and procedures; demonstrate high ethical and professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; promote best practices; serve as liaison with home office/district to identify and resolve issues.
- Assess change management needs and apply tools to manage change impacts.
- Create a high-performing team environment focused on professional development and accountability; drive immediate results with a strategic view.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets; cascade direction from Regional Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management experience (education/experience combination considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Preferred: Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience; medical devices or other healthcare products sales experience.
- Ability to travel 60–70% (overnight travel included).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Authorization/ability to drive a Company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).

Compensation:
- Salary range: $148,000–$222,000 (exact compensation varies by skills, experience, and location).
