District Manager, Womenโ€™s Health โ€“ East Coast

Key responsibilities for this role include:
- The East Coast district covers Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet/exceed annual company sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales/marketing direction and implement the district sales strategy/business plan.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with key executives and decision makers; respond timely and professionally; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage and purchasing patterns; update contract information as required.
- Provide regular feedback to district sales reps; identify performance challenges and create plans to close gaps; partner with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to terminations.
- Analyze team and sales performance using territory data; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (e.g., reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical execution, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain talent; coach/counsel direct reports to maximize performance and professional development.
- Conduct company business in compliance with company policies/procedures; maintain high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and reps; share best practices; serve as liaison with home office/district to identify and resolve issues.
- Assess and manage organizational change impacts.
- Create a high-performing team environment; eliminate barriers; drive immediate results with long-term strategy.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets and ensure execution of marketing/standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management experience (combination of education/experience considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Prior district manager experience (pharma/healthcare), medical devices, or other healthcare product sales experience preferred.
- Ability to travel 60โ€“70% (including overnight).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driverโ€™s License and acceptable driving record; authorization to drive a company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehension, reading, and writing).

Salary range: $148,000โ€“$222,000 (varies by skills, experience, and location).
