Key responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance and increase district sales performance to meet or exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales/marketing direction and district sales strategy through the team.
- Build and maintain customer relationships with key executives and decision makers; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage and purchasing patterns; update contract information.
- Provide regular feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges early and create plans to address gaps; work with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
- Analyze team performance and sales/territory data; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain top talent; coach/counsel direct reports to maximize performance and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures; demonstrate high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; serve as liaison for best practices and issue identification/resolution.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply tools to manage change impact.
- Create a high-performing, accountable team environment; eliminate barriers and drive immediate results with long-term strategy.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales management experience (combination considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare District Manager experience preferred; medical devices/other healthcare products experience preferred.
- Travel 60–70% (overnight included).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record; ability to drive company leased/authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in speaking/reading/writing/comprehending English.

Salary range: $148,000–$222,000 (varies by skills, experience, and location).
