St. Louis district includes key markets in Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet/exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales/marketing direction and district sales strategy through the team.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships; respond to customer needs; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage and purchasing patterns; update contract information.
- Provide regular, candid feedback; identify performance challenges early and create plans to address gaps; work with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
- Analyze team and sales/territory performance; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain talent; coach, counsel, and develop direct reports; ensure high performance and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies/procedures; maintain high ethical and professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; share best practices across the district; liaise with home office/district to identify and resolve issues.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply tools to manage change impact.
- Create a high-performing, development-focused team environment; balance long-term strategy with immediate results.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets; cascade Regional Director direction (marketing/standards) to sales teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales management experience (education/experience may be combined).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Preferred: prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare District Manager experience; medical devices or other healthcare products sales experience.
- Ability to travel 60–70% (overnight travel included).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License; acceptable driving record; authorization/ability to drive a Company leased or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).

Compensation:
- Salary range: $148,000–$222,000 (exact compensation varies by skills/experience/location).
