District Manager, Pain - Phoenix

Key Responsibilities:
- The Phoenix district includes key markets in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, and Wyoming.
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet/exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales/marketing direction and district sales strategy.
- Develop/maintain customer relationships; respond timely; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage and update contract information.
- Provide timely feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance gaps; create improvement plans; work with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to terminations.
- Analyze team performance using sales figures/territory data; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain talent; coach/counsel direct reports to maximize performance and professional development.
- Ensure Company business is conducted in compliance with applicable Company policies and procedures; uphold high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; share best practices; serve as liaison with home office/district to identify and resolve issues.
- Manage organizational change needs and impact.
- Create a high-performing team environment focused on professional development, accountability, and immediate results.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets; cascade Regional Director direction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales management experience (combination of education/experience considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Ability to travel 60β70% (overnight travel included).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driverβs License with acceptable driving record; authorized ability to drive a Company leased or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience; medical devices or other healthcare product sales experience.
Salary Range:
- $148,000 - $222,000.
