Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Ohio Valley district sales (key markets in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia) to meet/exceed annual company sales and market share objectives; execute district sales strategy/business plan through the team.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with key executives/decision makers; respond to customer needs; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage/purchasing patterns; update contract information as required.
- Provide regular feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges early and create plans to address gaps; partner with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to termination.
- Analyze team performance using sales figures and territory data; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/tools).
- Recruit and retain top talent; coach/counsel direct reports; motivate high performance and ensure accountability and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with applicable company policies/procedures and maintain high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; promote best practices; liaison with home office/district to identify and resolve issues.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply tools to manage change impact.
- Create a high-performing, development-focused team environment; drive immediate results with a long-term strategic view.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets; cascade direction from Regional Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management experience (education/experience combination considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Ability to travel 60–70% (overnight travel included).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License; acceptable driving record.
- Authorization/ability to drive a company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).

Preferred:
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience; medical devices or other healthcare products sales experience.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $148,000–$222,000 (exact compensation varies by skills, experience, location).
