Responsibilities:
- Lead the Northeast district (Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania) to develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet/exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales/marketing direction and district sales strategy through the team.
- Build and maintain customer relationships with key executives, decision influencers, and decision makers; respond to customer needs; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage and purchasing patterns; update contract information.
- Provide timely feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges and create plans to address gaps; partner with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
- Analyze team performance, sales figures, and territory data; track/reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain talent; coach and counsel direct reports to maximize performance and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Company policies and procedures; maintain high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; share best practices; serve as liaison between home office and district to identify and resolve issues.
- Apply change management tools to manage organizational change impacts.
- Create a high-performing environment focused on development, accountability, and immediate results; exercise fiscal control on operating budgets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales management experience (combination of experience/education considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Ability to travel 60–70% (overnight travel included).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Authorization/ability to drive a Company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehension, reading, writing).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience; medical devices or other healthcare products sales experience.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $148,000–$222,000.
