Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow district sales performance to meet/exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales/marketing direction.
- Develop and implement district sales strategy through the team.
- Build and maintain customer relationships with key decision makers; respond to customer needs; conduct account reviews.
- Monitor product usage and purchasing patterns; update contract information as required.
- Provide timely feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance gaps early and develop improvement plans.
- Analyze team and sales performance using territory data; track sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical execution, proper use of funds/tools).
- Recruit and retain talent; coach, counsel, and develop direct reports to ensure accountability and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures and uphold high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; share best practices across the district; liaise with home office/district to proactively resolve issues.
- Assess and apply organizational change management tools.
- Exercise fiscal control over allocated operating budgets; cascade direction from Regional Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales management experience (combination of education/experience considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience (medical devices/other healthcare products sales experience preferred).
- Travel 60–70% (overnight included).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record; authorization to drive a Company leased or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).
