Key Responsibilities (Great Lakes district - Michigan, Indiana, Illinois):
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet/exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales/marketing direction and district sales strategy.
- Build and maintain customer relationships with key executives/decision makers; respond to customer needs; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage and purchasing patterns; update contract information.
- Provide timely feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges and create plans to address gaps; partner with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
- Analyze team and territory performance; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain talent; coach/counsel direct reports to maximize performance, accountability, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies/procedures and uphold high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; foster open communication; share best practices across the district; serve as liaison to identify and resolve issues.
- Assess change management needs and manage change impact.
- Create a high-performing environment; drive immediate results with long-term strategy.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets; follow Regional Director direction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management experience (combination of experience/education considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Travel 60–70% (including overnight).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record; ability to drive a Company leased or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience; medical devices or other healthcare products sales experience.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $148,000–$222,000.
