Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and increase district sales performance to meet/exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; implement district sales strategy/business plan through the team.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with key executives, decision influencers, and decision makers; respond to customer needs; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage and purchasing patterns; update contract information.
- Provide regular, candid, and timely feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges early and create plans to address gaps; partner with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
- Analyze team and territory performance (sales figures, territory data); track and reinforce sales force effectiveness measures (e.g., reach/frequency, adherence to strategy, tactical implementation, proper use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain top talent; coach direct reports for high performance and accountability; counsel and support professional development.
- Ensure Company compliance with applicable policies/procedures (including repsโ€™ compliance) and demonstrate high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; share best practices across the district; serve as liaison with home office/district to identify and resolve issues.
- Assess and manage organizational change needs using appropriate tools.
- Create a high-performing team environment focused on professional development and accountability; drive immediate results with long-term strategy.
- Exercise fiscal control over allocated operating budgets; cascade and follow Regional Director direction (e.g., marketing/standards).
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management experience (equivalent combinations considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience (medical devices or other healthcare products sales experience preferred).
- Travel 60โ€“70% (including overnight).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driverโ€™s License and acceptable driving record; authorization/ability to drive a Company leased or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $148,000โ€“$222,000 (exact compensation varies by skills, experience, and location).
