Key responsibilities:
- Manage the Florida district sales performance to meet/exceed annual Company sales and market share objectives; execute corporate sales/marketing direction and implement the district sales strategy.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with key executives and decision makers; respond to customer needs; conduct account reviews; monitor product usage; update contract information as required.
- Provide timely feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance challenges and create plans to address gaps; partner with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to and including terminations.
- Analyze team and sales/territory performance; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical implementation, appropriate use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit and retain top talent; coach/counsel direct reports to maximize performance and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies/procedures; maintain high ethical and professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and direct reports; compile and share “Best Practices” across the district; liaison with home office/district to identify and resolve issues.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply tools to manage change impact.
- Create a high-performing team environment; apply long-term strategy with focus on immediate results.
- Exercise fiscal control on allocated operating budgets; cascade/ensure follow-through of Regional Director direction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales management experience (combination of experience/education considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Preferred: prior pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience; medical devices or other healthcare products sales experience.
- Travel 60–70% (overnight travel included).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record; authorization/ability to drive a Company leased vehicle or authorized rental.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehension, reading, writing).

Compensation:
- Salary range: $148,000 - $222,000.
