District Manager, Pain - Dallas

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Dallas district (key markets in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas); develop and execute the district sales strategy to meet/exceed sales and market share objectives.
- Drive corporate sales/marketing direction within the geography.
- Build and maintain customer relationships; perform account reviews; monitor product usage/purchasing patterns; update contract information.
- Provide regular feedback to district sales representatives; identify performance gaps and create plans to address them; partner with Sales Director and HR on disciplinary actions up to terminations.
- Analyze team and sales/territory performance; track and reinforce sales force effectiveness (e.g., reach/frequency, strategy adherence, tactical execution, use of funds/systems/tools).
- Recruit, retain, coach, counsel, and develop direct reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures and uphold high ethical/professional standards.
- Communicate with Sales Director and team; share district best practices; liaise with home office/district to identify and resolve issues.
- Assess organizational change management needs and apply appropriate tools.
- Manage allocated operating budgets and ensure execution of standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree and 3+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales management experience (combination of education/experience considered).
- Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and management skills.
- Prior successful pharmaceutical/healthcare sales management District Manager experience (medical devices/other healthcare products experience preferred).
Requirements:
- Travel 60β70% (overnight travel included).
- Must reside in district geography.
- Valid Driverβs License; acceptable driving record; authorization to drive a company leased or authorized rental vehicle.
- English proficiency (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).
Compensation:
- Salary range: $148,000β$222,000.
